It was not easy to improve upon our highly popular Activity Tables and Teachers Desks, yet we found a way. We added our versatile new Mobile Peninsula Breakaway Desk. When attached to the Planner and Acrobat Rectangles with its standard 3" locking casters, it forms a Peninsula Instructor Desk. Separated, the Breakaway Peninsula is perfect for one-on-one or one-on-two conferences. The desktop is made of a 1 ¼" thick high-pressure laminate that resists wear. A 3/8" thick bumper edge is stapled in place every 8 inches. A rugged powdercoat finish protects the legs and steel substructure. Available in your choice of 4 top colors and 4 frame colors.
