Shain Combination CAD/Drafting Tables with built-in security
    Ruggedly built to take everyday use class after class, year after year, this table functions both as a conventional drafting table and a CAD workstation. It enables you to teach traditional drafting techniques as well as CAD. Your students will be able to draw a conventional drawing and then—without leaving their drawing tables—begin to transfer their drawing to the computer using a CAD software program.

  • Storage compartment accessible from front and back
  • Optional monitor extension arm or stationary monitor platform
  • Available in two versions: Desktop CPU or Tower CPU Security Cabinets

    The security cabinets of both versions have two lockable doors front and rear for easy access. General Specifications:

  • Top: 30"d x 42"w x ¾" thick Fiberesin fixed at 7° angle
  • Fiberesin drawing surface is designed for use with a parallel rule (as shown in photo) or drafting machine
  • Desktop CPU Security Cabinet: (inside dimensions) 34 ½"w x 24"d x 12 ½"h
  • Tower CPU Security Cabinet: (inside dimensions) 9 ½"w x 22 ¼"d x 19 ¼"h
  • Base: Hard maple utilizing bolt reinforcement with CNC joint construction
  • Overall dimensions: 42"w x 39"d x 30"h

    SMP1224F
    Stationary Monitor Platform has metal brackets that are bolted to the back shelf. Constructed of ¾" Fiberesin, the platform is 12"d x 24"w, has front/rear stops and a 3" diameter grommet.
