Build A Scale Model Home In Realistic Detail

Students can model any size house in correct proportion and in realistic detail. They can build and finish the exterior of any house up to 2500 sq. ft. in ¼ in. scale. This kit is universal and three-dimensional, with exterior materials in realistic lithographed color on heavy paper stock for cutting and mounting on construction balsa. Included with each kit is a building square and calculator designed to check right angle corners before cutting, calculate desired roof pitch, and help determine building materials needed to build a full-size home. Contains lumber and millwork list sheet, easy-to-follow instructions, graph paper, dream house blueprint, windows and doors, exterior finishes of brick, stone, clapboard and V-groove siding, cement block, sidewalk/terrace, and construction balsa material for 2500 sq. ft.

Note: A large tube of quick-drying cement for gluing walls and exterior finishes is required [not included]. A glue gun, glue stick or spray stick is also an acceptable adhesive.
