Worksurfaces

The base unit is available with a selection of worksurfaces, depending on your needs and color preferences: epoxy resin, laminate and Chemsurf.

1" Solid Epoxy Resin - Epoxy resin is impervious to normal laboratory chemicals, heat and moisture. Its monolithic composition eliminates the possibility of swelliing, delamination and exposure of the substrate. Its soft, low glare surface is simple to clean. Epoxy resin worksurfaces are available in your choice of 5 attractive colors: black onyx, pacific blue, forest green platinum gray or pearl.

1 1/4" Wilsonart^® High-Pressure Plastic Laminate - Laminate tops wear exceptionally well under normal use and resist scratching and warping. They offer limited resistance to high temperatures and severe chemicals. Wilsonart laminates are available in standard colors, including woodgrain and putty. 1 1/4" Wilsonart^® Chemsurf^® Chemical-Resistant Laminate - Chemsurf has a high resistance to chemical attack from organic solvents, alkalis and acids. A composition of a special resin formulation is applied over phenolic-kraft core to produce a highly specialized pressure laminate banded to medium density particle board.
