Your order is filled, checked, re-checked, and then packed with the utmost of care. At the time of delivery, please: Verify that the number of cartons shipped is what you received. Check for damage. If a box is dented or damaged in any way, have the driver make a note of it on your delivery receipt. If damage should occur, please have the driver make a note of it on your receipt. Contact our customer service department immediately. Trucking companies have a 5-Day claim period. If a claim is not made within that period, they will not accept it and neither you nor Modern School Supplies will have any further recourse or recovery options.
