Purchase Orders may be mailed (Modern School Supplies; P.O. Box 958; Hartford, CT 06143), faxed to 800-934-7206, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, placed on the web, or placed by phone at 800-243-2329. Please Note: Any Purchase Orders placed by phone, email, or web exceeding $250.00 require a hard copy of the purchase order to process. All new accounts require a hard copy of the initial purchase order and approval by our accounting office. Subsequent orders may be placed according to above stated policy. Payment terms are Net 30 days on approved open accounts from invoice date, unless otherwise specified. Payments returned by banks will be subject to a $15 handling charge, plus all bank fees.
